Duties:Area of responsibility is all stages of investment process:• Management of existing portfolio companies of the fund, representation of the fund interests at boards of directors, ensuring the companies constantly review and implement their strategy, development of business plans and consolidated financial statements, negotiations with banks on financing of portfolio companies, • Origination of new deal portfolio, evaluation of new investment opportunities, including development of investment models and memos for investment committee, carrying out comprehensive financial and strategic analysis of investment cases, making presentations for investment committee, preparation of relevant investment docs• Negotiation of equity valuation, stake size and special shareholder rights; term sheet development, preparation and negotiation• Development of legal and finance structure of the transactions• Coordination of due diligence contractors (law firms, auditors), deal structuring and closing of transactions• Seek for investment opportunities, through analyzing various projects and economy sectors, initiate the projects and manage the portfolio company during the investment period• Valuation of projects (IRR analysis, DCF, Comparable transaction, trading multiples etc.)Closed deals: Purchase of stake in the leading vodka company in Russia – Russian Alcohol (LBO deal) - $750mm.Deals to be closed by 31 Dec 2009: Purchase of stake in a leading consumer services company - $50mm Sales of share in portfolio company (Consumer Goods) to strategic investor - $30mnFocus: Consumer and Industrial sectors
