Hired to work with business leaders of the Opportunity Markets Group, and drive sales by tapping into the Russian wine and spirits regional markets. Consulting role focused on comprehensive market analysis, Russian distribution alliances evaluation, as well as key accounts, importers, distributors, and local industry expert relationship development, field sales team management, and local companies and brands analysis for possible acquisition. Moreover, handled quarterly country business and sales reviews and presented information to management, and created strategic roadmaps for new product introductions. Established a plan to capture $25+ million in incremental regional roll-out sales, $10+ million in brands portfolio optimization incremental sales and $15+ million in existing distribution (efficiencies) incremental sales across the Russian market. Identified local companies and brands that would strengthen the client’s position in the Russian market, and developed a five-year plan to sell more than two million cases of products.  Designed sales forecasts and long-term business plans highlighting product category, brands, channels, stipulate volume, and profit targets. Formulated short- and long-term action plans to achieve goals.
