-Managing a team of 2-Negotiating with local and international providers-Organising tenders-Concluding contracts-Conflict resolution-Control of domestic policy and procedures-Motivating staff-EY medical insurance policy designing-Creating, developing and improving “medical and life insurance database” (based in Lotus Notes)-Accounting systematization through MS Excel, reporting form developing-Control of complying with EY policy in CIS-Participating in budgeting-Participating in recruitment-Organization and coordination of benefit realization-Benefit and compensation level tracking -Evaluating and analyzing benefit data in HR database and vendor systems to meet standards and timing for production-Evaluating current system processes and identifying recommendations for changes and enhancements to benefit vendor interface files and data integration activities to maximize efficiencies -Audit and reconcile benefit billing on a monthly basis
