Knowing the Russian business environment and being able to identify key growth industries the task is to help Singapore companies establish a niche in these growth industries and enter the market by overcoming challenges like culture, language and business environment. Position Singapore as a base for foreign businesses to expand from Russia into the region in partnership with Singapore-based enterprises. Sectors covered: Lifestyle (Apparel, F&B, Furniture, Healthcare)Flagship projects: * Russia Singapore Business Forum (www.rsbf08.ru; www.rsbf.org.sg); * Spotlight Singapore in Moscow 2008;* Singapore Culinary Festivals:- Moscow 2008 (with Novikov Group)- St Petersburg 2009 (with Ginza Project)

With a global network in over 30 locations worldwide the government agency offers services to help local enterprises export, develop business capabilities, find overseas partners and enter new markets. Another task is to position Singapore as a base for foreign businesses to expand into the region in partnership with Singapore-based companies.
