Building working relationships with customer• Develop strong working collaborative relationships with key customer decision makers• Understand in-depth customer needs, goals, strategies, systems, work processes, specifics in different categories• Resolution of payments discipline and all back-office issues with customer including product allocations, logistic plans, inventory, documentation including contracts signingAchieving in-store leadership and volume objectives• Sell, implement and asses results of joint business plans with the customer to impact volume goals• Implement all company initiativesprograms, sell new products• Develop and implement customized programs to ensure customer differentiation from other retailers• Develop and implement category management projects (efficient assortment, planograms, shelf management programs and shelving recommendations) and local shopper research programs• Sell-in, sell-out and in-store trends analysis to understand factors influencing volume& NOS growth• Analysis of competitors activities (launches, initiatives, promos, displays, budgets, people, structure)• Analysis of market situation and trends and how they correspond with company and customer development strategies• Short-term and long-term sales forecasts based on sell-in, sell-out and market trends analysis• Lead the customer in using company budgets and programs to deliver sustainable volume growth• Sustain sufficient level of forward stock to avoid OOS
