Должностные обязанности:

- Enforcing team by helping each manager to recruit. - Developing the recruitment project and its tools. - Realizing company presentation inside and outside of our company, organizing recruitment sessions and participating on individual and decision interviews. - Taking part in Jobfairs, working with unversities, providing company presentations inside and outside - Developing and implementation integration system for newcomers- After a successful recruitment responsibilities - to enable each team member to acquire the skills they need to develop and to perform within company from the first day. - Functionally animate each manager to develop the skills of their teams. - Setting up, animating and developing the training program by creating instructorships by compiling training needs and organizing educational facilities. - Measuring training efficiency by internal job competencies surveys and training reports.
