• Formulation and approval with the top management of the company key objectives for restructuring, identification of key areas for improvement, development of business model design and implementation plans;• Planning of the program• Estimation of required workforce and team mobilization in the beginning of the project project phase (for projects of the program);• Demobilization of the project team in the end of the project project phase (for projects of the program);• Authorization of significant payments, relating to projects of the program;• Preparation of high-level analytical reports for top-management and the Head of BPO (e.g., status-reports, reports at the end of each phase and at the end of the project); • Analysis of significant problems within the program and decision on their resolution;• Development and realization of change management plan;• Identification of risks every reporting period at the beginning of each phase and on the day-to-day basis, their evaluation and development of an action plan for their minimization; escalation of significant risks to the top management;• Coordinating cross-departmental communications within the program, conflict resolution;• Quality control of key project program documents;
