Leading of the department responsible for the building launch via PIK.Pro (an internal PIK (pik-group.com) PropTech startup focused on automation and algorithmization of the building process).
- Accelerated launch of construction process by x2, timing for preparing to start reduced from 4 to 2 weeks;
- Reframed workflows, enabling the same team to run up x4 buildings per month (12 and more vs 3);
- Recruited an outsource team in 2w, reducing technical docs and platform preparation timing up to 50%.

Project management at RnD, ML, development teams at startup (handl.ai) focused on AI and CV. Previously known as a Dbrain.
- Implemented Agile methodology at tech teams, reducing delivery time by >25%;
- Led international level projects in Computer Vision area, reducing costs on internal improvements;
- Set up all-company key processes (reporting, accounting, hiring etc.) from scratch.

Founded LikaOne, a manager's tool to streamline internal communication. Achieved 40k installs and 3.5k monthly users organically. Featured on Russia's top IT media, vc.ru (vc.ru/tribuna/24660-likaone), and recognized as a top business tool (botpenguin.com/what-everybody-ought-to-know-about-telegram-bots).

Founded Vapero, a b2c and c2c marketplace for the e-cigarettes market. Vapero was the first e-commerce platform for vape liquids in the Russian segment of the Internet. It attracted over 1,000 installs and has 100 monthly active users. The platform was featured in niche media: vivalacloud.ru/2016/11/v-telegrame-poyavilsya-vejp-bot.

Project- and product management (relap.io — b2b product for media; surfingbird.com — b2c product, content platform focused on personal recommendations) in RnD and main development teams.
- Implemented workflow for high load support resulting in completion time for tasks dropping more than 50%;
- Managed installation of Relap to leading media (>20M unique users per month);
- Integration with Adblock Plus: Relap became the first Russian platform, who got its ads whitelisted officially.
