• Launching new product on Russian market - Client-server SaaS POS solution, based on NCR Silver SW.
• Front-end and back-end HW suppliers’ selection (mobile platform for POS, hosting platform for virtual cloud deployment).
• Working with a widely distributed virtual team (marketing, project manager, developers, QA testers) to bring up completely new product to the market.
• Working with local partners (distributor, 2T, 3rd parties) on all levels – CxO’s, stakeholders, financing, integration, HW and SW testers, product certification, support service deployment, tech and sales teams’ education, etc.
• Marketing and sales:
- go-to-market strategy;
- …as well as in cooperation with large retail banks;
- pricing model for different partner levels and customer verticals;
- competitive analysis and product positioning;
- collaterals and media materials preparing for marketing events and campaigns;
