responsible for managing the development and deployment of the service strategy within Russia and CIS for all segments of business (e.g. temporary, permanent, Professional Technical, and Commercial) and aligning initiatives to the needs of Operations and their internal and external customers. This includes accountability for managing projects in support of core service functions such as: • Managing the regionalcountry service delivery processes to ensure global alignment and service excellence• Monitoring and executing regulatory compliance (labor laws etc.) within branch operations • Developing strategy for maintaining a positive candidate experience with the branches • Managing regional field training strategy • Supporting selling, implementing and retaining of new and strategic accounts • Developing and implementing solutions to improve branch performance in both financial and service delivery metrics • Maximizing the use of service technologyfront office systems for the business including partnering with IT on requirements management, technology solutions, implementations, and ongoing management• Managing the deployment of Kelly’s Quality Management System including the requirements to satisfy KQMSISO standards
