Key responsibilities:
• Consumer and ingredients business operations in Russia and CIS markets;
• Local business strategy development and implementation;
• Russian & CIS team leading to create and to develop a local route to market;

• Quality insurance system development to provide a high quality of raw materials, consumer product quality and a high service provided to our customers;
• Monthly and annual budget targets to reach and to exceed;
• Monthly accurate forecasting and planning (Sales, Purchase and inventory, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet) to provide and to report;
• To engage and to present at multi levels within key accounts (Distributors, Retailers and channel partners) including board level;
• Customer relationships management to maximize revenue by targeting Top clients & Prospects to deliver World Class Brands & Ingredients and Company’s worldwide experience and expertise;
• To work in conjunction with Dublin team especially with marketing, finance, customer service and technical teams;
• Weekly flash reporting, monthly review arrangement, to involve and to present review and strategies at steering & strategy meetings.
