Controlling financial information and understand risks and issues impacting business performance across 11 markets. Making comprehensive and sound recommendations that enable actions in the companys best interest. Business partner for heads of 6 regions, 2 BUs and Commercial Leadership Team.• Working with Senior management to define strategies, goals and growth opportunities for the company;• Analyze, control and report on Group business performance;• Definition of procedures and controls; • Ensuring that each of the regions is in line with all Corporate processes and Policies, IFRS complained;• Ensuring proper budget and forecasting management to guarantee cost efficiency and transparency;• Monthly and ad hoc reporting for CFO and Senior management. Lead business finance reviews within the markets.
