- Research the potential market to determine appropriate products, target customers, selling and marketing methodology.- Developing and implementing the sales strategy and marketing plan - Recruit, set up and manage sales engineer team to implement sales strategy and achieve the sales targets- Manage the implementation of agreed strategy - Prepare sales forecasts and review on a regular basis- Manage sales resources to create demand among designers and contractors.- Planning the launch of products into the Russian market, to include: range definition, certificates and approvals, pricing and discount structures, target customers, marketing input, literature production, sales forecasts, reporting mechanisms- Setting up operating systems to include: product coding and pricing, order processing, stockholding and distribution, cash collection, launch preparation - Develop a sound technical understanding of products, applications and installation techniques. - Secure major projects to represent case studies and help overcome contractor resistance to new products. - Secure a stocking commitment from wholesalers to support efforts to generate demand amongst contractors. - Organize presence at the main relevant exhibitions. - Maintain awareness of and focus on major construction projects to ensure that VSH and Pegler Yorkshire products are specified and used. - Manage price levels to optimize sales and margins. - Develop and provide training for employees who interface with customers - Reporting to Managing Director BROEN Russia and Business Directors PeglerYorkshire (UK) and VSH (Netherlands
