• Leading corporate project of sales force optimization and development in Russia, including:- Sales visit process structuring- Systematization of customers segmentation and qualification- Coaching of sales engineers- Optimization of sales force allocation throughout regions & segments- Optimization of incentives system and career planning of sales force.• Managing M&A process, including:- market screening and identifying of targets (creation, maintenance of potential targets database within strategic segments); - initial evaluation of projects, matching with strategic intent (based on business activity and financial analysis of the targets);- business-planning;- presentations to launching and acquisition committees, file defense;- participation in negotiations with owners of companies;- coordination of due diligence contractors, involvement in deal structuring, closing of transactions, planning of integration.
