1. Office management:Assisted General Manager in:- company formation in China and Hong Kong;- set-up company structure;- administration and HR;- develop and implement schemes to effectively resolve business issues;- manage other operational issues as required by senior management.2. Work with suppliers:- manage existing vendors, assistance in negotiation of contracts;- control of timely payments according to contracts terms; - review and process claims against suppliers; 3. Retail project:- responsible for all stages in the project start-up, implementation and development;- investment budgeting and modeling and analysis;- estimate and negotiate with different stakeholders resources necessary to deliver the project;- risk assessment and development of risk mitigation activities - project evaluation and closeout activities;- networking and building good relations with commercial property developers, government bodies, retail consultants.
