Develop and enforce license sales to mid-size public organizations in Russia ·Existing Oracle accounts management and new account development identifying prospective customer need and pushing proper Oracle solutions to satisfy customer requirements ·Driving of business development, presales activities, seminars for selected customers and multiple customerspartners audience ·Working with and developing relationships with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners in the region to drive revenue, joint partner-marketing campaigns ·Driving of marketing in the region: customer database development and update, product marketing campaigns, advertising, and events ·Building and maintaining relationships with customers with a strong involvement of partners as the main selling channel ·Leverage sales initiatives, phone sales campaigns through customer database to achieve business goals ·Provide weekly accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to Manager
