• Provide mortgage loans to corporate and private clients, according to the corporate strategy and bank’s market position;- Manage a team of managers that dealing with mortgage transactions;- organization and carrying out of the deals (Personal and Corporate Clients) ;- control of the current mortgage transactions ;- control over managers team, control and checking deals that they held;- co-operation with Private and Corporate Clients on organization of preliminary underwriting ( meetings with clients in bank’s office, checking documents confirming rights of private property, real estate, land, financial conditions of the mortgage borrower(if private), Income statements and Balance sheets (if corporate);
