• Ensure that Mars LLC accounting comply with Mars Finance Manual, US GAAP and Russian accounting standards (RAS) in the area of purchasing of services, raws and packs, equipment• Provide the appropriate analyses to explain key drivers of businesses and trends that are not highlighted in standard reporting, as well as to help decisions for management based on business trends• Coordinate AP workload to ensure efficient and quality work• Reporting to Management team (Ad hoc and periodical)• Business optimization• Generation procedures for internal audit, support for internal audit• Build and send in due time financial analysis and comments in order to reflect operational activities for the business• Managing of AP department operations• Interaction with Internal auditors (PWC) and tax authorities audits• Key person for cash forecasting and cash control • Reconciles Accounts Payable and Prepayments accounts to insure they are properly reflected on our General Ledger• Analyzes and maintains appropriate entries at period-end and year-end as part of the closing process• Provides Balance Sheet forecast inputs within the preparation of OP and ROB• Manage period close activities • Close interaction with Tax&Treasury dept., commercial and logistics• Building effective teams with engaged people
