- Analyze business requirements- Analyze and design the project solution, in line with the IT strategy, Prince II methodology- Develop an approved, formal projects and initiatives plan and budget, committing the planned projects to be delivered.- Plan, schedule and continuously monitor the tasks and resources needed to deliver the solution within agreed cost, quality and time- Manage the risks- Take responsibility for overall progress and use of resources- Select, recruit, lead and motivate the project team to achieve the project objectives- Identify and obtain any support and advice required for the management, planning and control of the project- Act as Change Manager in the projects where there ismight be a conflict of interests. - Provide solid and regular input in to IT Demand planning process. - Provide any Follow-on Action Recommendations required and Lessons Learned analysis.
