operating closely with customers in order to determine requirements and resolve problems; - providing general technical consulting on systems to customers and field service engineers; - co-operating with sales and support personnel on customer problems and applications; - working on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors; - exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action; - scheduling proactive visits with assigned client base; - working at an interdepartmental level with the assigned team; - supporting objectives of the assigned team; - developing and maintaining working relationship with the assigned customer base.
