Должностные обязанности:

-Designing and implementing HR strategy, policies and procedures in line with the Group HR strategy (staffing, recruitment, compensation & benefits, professional development, industriallabor relations and organization design) for Business Unit-Leading the organizational development projects for current organization and for new facilities -Acting as an internal coach and counselor of line management -Developing and leading the annual individual performance review process -Managing, designing and implementation of the learning, assessment and development programs -Leading and developing program of involving, empowering and innovating for all employees -Defining reward principles, complying with Group Compensation & Benefits Policy and aligning packages with business priorities, ensure coherence of job evaluation within the plant and lead the salary revision and bonus processes-Ensuring an efficient delivery of payroll and HR paperwork complying with legal, accounting, tax and social requirements and following internal rules and procedures -Preparation of the budget for the personnel and administrative costs -Managing the effective and efficient implementation of HR IS systems -Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and rules -Managing the relations with Unionemployees representatives-Managing internal communications projects -Interacting with Local Authorities and Stakeholders, organizing and developing external communication process-Organizing delivery the Health & Safety Policies and managing H&S reward and recognition systems-Managing HR team(including T&D, C&B, HRP, Communication, Recruitment)
