- Manages and tracks Company’s funds, assets and investments and prepares written quarter and annual reports to Company’s Board of Directors on the financial standing and conditions of the Company.Tracking of tangible and intangible assets.- Development of financial indicators and the Company’s valuation.- Manages capital structuring operations.- Establishes Company’s product manufacturing and sales tracking systems and procedures and ensures they are up-to-date.- Developing and analyzing financial model. In particular: cost of product manufacturing; price formation; analysis of key parameters and development of burn rate (cost) reduction paths; taxation.- Management of all Company’s administrative documentation.- Provides an uninterrupted legal documents circulation within the Company and with Companys counteragents.- Keeps legal documents archives and records the Company’s sales and purchase transactions.
