I. Accounting - All administration related to Expense payment; Banking relationship; Budget control; Salary payment. II. General Affairs - Dealing with Suppliers; Special projects such as office moving, arranging seminars, reception, supporting to establish a subsidiary bank and so forth; Gifts Entertainment Control; Business trips Arrangement; Ordering stationery; Controlling Petty Cash Payment; Document Control (to check the contracts in terms of commercial point of view); Drafting various reports relating to office management; Maintaining IT equipment; Maintain the database which the office subscribes. III. Human Resources - Administration of HR (orders holiday & business Trip Control); Maintain HR documents; Administration of employing a new staff; Supervising and managing secretary, office manager, driver. IV. CompliancePlanning - Making reports to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation; Maintaining various reports in the office; Conducting Internal Audit; Monitoring whether all necessary reports are submitted on time, such as reports to Head office, Tax authority, the Central bank of Russia and other authorities.
