· Supervision of sales force and logistic department (own truck company, railway departmentcontractor, cement silo and cement loaders, shipment planning) for cement plant.· Contacts with customers, maintaining profitable relationship with them, developing target portfolio 2008-2010.· Recruitment and training of the appropriate staff, developing target S&L organisation.· Actively participating in creating and implementing new commercial policy in accordance with group rules.· Daily shipment planning, controlling of volume allocation.· Controlling of department expenses.
