-Formulate strategy & set direction for talent management & leadership development in Alcon Russia-In partnership with HR Director, identify capability requirements to deliver strategies & design, develop & implement capability building solutions-Support the development of leadership capabilities to drive transformational change-Direct the design, development & deployment of the functional set-up in compliance with functional vision, strategy, objectives-Act as an interface within organization in terms of transformation, processes re-alignment, process flow building, accountabilities, roles & required knowledge & competences identification-Develop tools to ensure the functional set-up is clear & transparent to the employees involved-Enhance the company ability to attract, develop & retain the best talent & position Alcon Russia as the employer of choice, incl. designing of recruitment programs to include advertising approaches & identification of recruitment sources & services-Create & implement leadership development opportunities, training processes & programs for managers & employees across the organization -Design & manage performance management process, 360 feedback, talent reviews-Design & implement development & succession planning processes-Utilize appropriate assessment tools to provide targeted recommendations for change-Design & implement on-boarding & assimilation process, employees engagement & retention programs
