• Participation in Retail Startup Project (Instant and Regular Credit Cards).• Unit supervising: work planning for unit’s staff (3 employees), control of execution, preparation of weekly reports for Department Head: unit “to do list”, testing results. • Coordination of Bonus scheme implementation: correspondence with vendors (Diasoft and BPC), test-cases preparation, UAT organization, bug tracking maintenance. • Preparation a User Acceptance Criteria’s for the software acceptance. • Interaction with the Retail Group Units: 1. to conduct analytical work relating to the definition of necessity in the automation of business processes, 2. refinement operated soft, 3. preparation of business requirements, UAT coordination. • Interaction with the Information Technology Division: 1. to study the existing possibilities in automation of business processes, 2. UAT support, 3. bug tracking. • Preparation of the Functional Requirements for automating business processes and or existing software redevelopment (customization), change procedure maintaining for Functional Requirements.• Organization and conduction of testing, determining compliance testing requirements on the bank, • Preparation of test scenarios, test plans and reports on testing results • Responsible for coordination of testing process: Pilot phase testing-coordinator. • Participation on the Steering Committee Meetings: Interaction with vendors (BPC) and with the Retail Group Units in order to present the results of testing • Analysis of methodical documentation supplied for use in the Retail Group (operation manuals, instructions, user’s guide) • Preparation and conduction explanation trainings of Retail Group employees and other units• Internal procedures preparation for card issue and service • Error maintenance with Bug tracking system for all test results of Operation Group units
