Building materials for residential and commercial constructions. - Improvement of current logistics and customer service systems- Developing a working and effective sales reporting system for SBU - Unification and supervision over the marketing and advertising strategy for SBU- Increasing regional presence of Icopal in Russia- Developing contracting strategy in regions- Developing export strategy (to CIS, Western Europe Icopal’s units). - Development of Icopal’ presence in CIS countries. Responsibility for Belarussian and Ukraine markets - Vivid internal communication between group of factories abroad - New product research&development, re- branding&optimization product range of production
