Full used car business and brand development (start-up):• Working out BMW used car business strategy for Russian market. • Preparing nationwide solutions for consumer offer, incl. warranty, financing, trade in and other (incl. fleet sales).• Developing the comprehensive used car business standards covering organization and personnel, financial management, sales & marketing management on dealer and NSC levels. • Tracking and analysing dealer P&L and dealer business KPIs.• Coaching dealer management on business development.• Making up individual dealer business plans covering finances, sales & marketing, aftersales, organizationalHR areas. Controlling plan implementation.• Working out dealer wholesale and retail bonus system. Developing audit criteria.• Adapting and used car business tracking systems.• Conducting customer research and profound market analysis.• Working out advertising & PR activities aimed at both brand awareness as well as purchase decision formation.
