Focused on leading sales and marketing teams for multinational corporation or Russian market leaders.Preferable area of the responsibility: Russia and CIS countries.
• To create, resource and lead an organization which is effective and motivated to meet its sales, margin, EBIT and cost budget targets;• To manage and develop the long and short term sales, marketing and organization development strategy together with reporting and responsibilities structure for the Business Unit Lighting Electronics Russia;• To manage and coordinate direct business with key OEM accounts, professional and consumer channel clients leading up to sales, profitability and customer satisfaction grows measured and estimated on year to date and long term basis;• To gather information, control and influence on the Russian Lighting Electronics market development (position, market share, competitors activity) and to provide objective feed-back and key actions for improvement and development in line with the strategy;• To cooperate within total Philips Lighting Russia & CIS Department, Business Unit Lighting Electronics in Central & Eastern Europe sales and marketing team, contributing to both personal and group success;• To manage and co-ordinate the necessary internal and external relationships inside Philips Russia (Export Indent Department, Country Marketing and Brand team, Logistics, Financial accounting, Human Recources etc).
