Achievements:• Efficient support to regional project director to supervise big CAPEX projects in CISCAS region as well as assisting to recruit key project personnel;• Responsible cost center management in SAP accounting system: accurate cost control, timely financial planning and budgeting of ~ $1 million, effective and beneficial exploring of cost saving potential in the company; • Good quality of presentations, fulfillment of analytical tasks, reporting, organization of conferences and meetings to support Regional Project Director;• Efficient work as team player with various stakeholders of different large CAPEX project teams, Alpha Cement (Holcim Group) and Head Office of Holcim;• Accurate execution of issues decided during project management meetings to support the Regional Project Director;Leading and developing the following projects:• Successful management of medium CAPEX project: worldwide search of unique construction equipment (~ 2 million EUR), successful negotiations, contracting and supervising of equipment delivery to Russia from Spain and Germany; • Construction market analysis and development of suppliers lists for cement plants construction in Kolomna and Tula and regular compilation and distribution of data to Area Management;• Development of “Tender Evaluation Report” – technical and commercial evaluation of proposals for big cement plant construction (~ 500 million EUR).
