• Product management (mobile devices) throughout the product life cycle, from conception through to execution: determination of market requirements, differentiation of product, specification, partners selection, participation in the development of strategies for execution and promotion; • Project management: definition of project objectives, the formation of a project schedule, project team creation (setting targets, control of quality and deadlines), contract negotiation; • Audit of chipset makers and ODM from RFIRFP stage to the supplier selection; • Implementation of affiliate programs in collaboration with mobile carriers.
