Internal control manager

Должностные обязанности:

• Responsible for Internal Control in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) region (12 countries).• Planning and implementation of periodical internal control reporting; implementation of online reporting tool; review and quality assessment of internal control evidence.• Joint work with Internal Audit team within CEE: participation in remediation plan development; responsible for follow up and retesting. • Standard process implementation: identification and follow up of the gaps in the procedures implemented in CEE vs. the global Standard Processes (outsourcing to ACSXerox) • Leading specific projects in CEE: Enterprise Risk Management, Chart of accounts standartisation, Segregation of Duties review; team member of Intercompany and Purchase Ordering optimisation projects.
