- Define and drive the implementation of the local SCM goals, implement and manage all local SCM process for a new start production location in Russia.- Built, train and maintain the local SCM team and overview the budget (procurement, logistic, material planning, WH and IQC, controlling)- Building supplier relationships and manage all local supplier, support the global supplier sourcing, evaluation and development process- Support alternative sourcing and provide input to global sourcing, run local cost optimizations- Set up repair center activities for Russia Territory, incl. technical qualification, supply chain and reporting.- Implement all local and global required legal compliance for supply chain, incl. customs, certifications, tax and licensing aspects- Optimize logistic KPI from supply to stock keeping
