Должностные обязанности:

Building, developing and maintaining the sales system: • Creating the Company Fleet Sales Strategy in terms of communication, incentive schemes, service packages; • Ensuring Company’s sales & market share growth; • Management of the Company Fleet Sales project; • Market analysis & research regarding current and future competition; • Product comparison and price positioning of the commercial vehicles; • Analysis of current fleet sales potential of existing network and looking for possible solutions for a future developing; • Negotiating terms with the new customers, leasing companies; • Analyze and forecast production volumes and services demand, according to the stock level & product mix analysis; • Planning and forecasting the annual fleet sales volume; • Preparation of fleet sales budgets; • Creating the joint marketing and promotion campaigns together with leasing companies; • Participating in special events and commercial exhibitions; Organizing the fleet sales dealer’s activity: • Creating incentive bonus system for the dealer’s network, • Managing the network in terms of achieving settled targets and in terms of executing Brand Standards; • Collecting and checking – up retail fleet sales data on a monthly basis and preparing relevant statistics reports; calculating dealer’s bonuses; Leading and developing people: • Recruiting, assigning and evaluating personnel, setting performance objectives for team; • Communicating priorities and requiring results with team; assessing performance of team members; • Coaching and developing people, motivate and stimulate them;
