Have worked on corporate strategy projects, due diligence for private equity, M&A transformation and PMI projects in different industries including financial services, telecommunications, consumer products, retail, pharmaceutical and medical products, health care, chemicals and basic materials in the USA and Russia

Core projects include:

- Corporate Business Strategy (involving products, segments, the sales organization, targets, KPIs, and implementation plan)

- M&A Management (post merger integration and problem-solving for variety of operational, organizational and strategic issues)

- Private Equity Due Diligence (market and competitive landscape intelligence, products segmentation and attractiveness analysis, revenue sensitivity model development)

- Organization Transformation (HR transformation in post merger management to capture required synergies from organization design transformation and FTE rationalization)

- Operations and Performance Transformation (design and implementation of a new operating business model while transforming the top team effectiveness as well as instilling a performance culture in the broader organization with a significant emphasis on addressing mindset and capabilities barriers)
