• Supervising and coaching branch staff (25 members)weekly meetings• Business process managing, day-to-day support • Participation in business planning for the branch and reporting based on activity results • Meeting clients and participating in negotiations, keeping regular contacts to them, preparation of business proposals, handling customers’ complaintsinquires, prepare responses to clients’ requests and official replies to authorised bodies;• Cooperation with other departmentsdivisions of the bank, participation in internal projects, providing ideas and options based on expertise and analysis• Monitoring of operations on conformity to the legislation (compliance, currency control etc.)
