Monitoring team performance: relationships, winlosses, fees, thought leadership, and marketing initiatives. Collect and distribute account-related knowledge: news releases, supply team with annual reports & client collateral, research potential client issues and industry trends. Participate in the bid process, analyze client needs and relevant service offerings.
