• Coordinating all aspects of HR activities for Moscow, Regional staff in Russia and CIS countries.• Acting as a member of the business management team. Developing strategic and operational HR solutions to enable the businessservice to meet its corporate objectives and achieve quality, cost & delivery targets.• Reporting directly to European HR Director and local MD.• Responsible for all recruitment activities. Organizing and carrying out the processes of searching, screening, selecting and interviewing candidates for various level positions (from junior production employees up to top-managers). Strong relationships with Moscow leading recruiting companies.• Reporting on achievement against agreed Key Performance Indicators for the business.• Supervision of payroll processes, responsible for payroll budget. Providing payroll related reporting to HQ.• Staff satisfaction survey forms design and development, data processing• Responsible for Compensation and Benefits area. Making recommendations and resolving compensation and benefits issues with local managers, providing advisory support in order to be sure all changes do in compliance with Local Labor Law. • Developing of Employees’ retaining program• Responsible for company Medical Insurance program (tenders and administration)• Actively involved in all areas of employee relations. Manage employee relation issues including performance improvement plans and discipline issues. Facilitate resolutions to conflicts and disputes as they arise.• Preparing numerous HR related reports and presentations for HQs, support HR databases, participate in creating of international HR database.• Organization of business and corporate events. • Organization of external and internal staff training, dealing with training providers. Providing support for Talent Management program. • HR audit, development of HR policies and procedures, organization, controlling and ensuring HR paper flow according to Russian Labor legislation and corporate standards.• Responsible for “from hiring to firing” processes and supporting documentation.• Responsible for banks payroll projects• Building and supporting “Outsourced projects” (payroll administration and personal leasing)• Key participation in Company Reconstructing project
